Standify is an online marketplace that connects event organizers with exhibition stand providers and related services. We facilitate transactions between service providers and clients but are not a party to the actual service agreements.

• Payment processing services
• Review and rating system

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our Platform, you must register for an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information.

Account Responsibilities:

• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Provide accurate and truthful information

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree to use our Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Prohibited activities include:

• Complete projects within agreed timelines

6. Client Terms

Clients using our Platform to find services agree to the following terms.

Client Obligations:

• Make payments as agreed upon
• Cooperate with service providers in good faith
• Provide timely feedback and approvals
• Respect intellectual property rights

7. Payments and Fees

Our Platform charges fees for certain services, which will be clearly disclosed before you incur any charges.

Payment Terms:

• Disputed payments may be held in escrow pending resolution

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Standify and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content:

• You retain ownership of content you submit
• You grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content
• You must not infringe on others' intellectual property rights
• We may remove content that violates intellectual property rights

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Important Disclaimers:

• We do not guarantee the quality of services provided by vendors
• We are not responsible for disputes between users
• We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Our liability is limited to the fees paid to us in the 12 months preceding any claim

10. Dispute Resolution

We encourage users to resolve disputes directly. However, we provide dispute resolution services to help facilitate fair outcomes.

Dispute Process:

• Contact our support team within 30 days of the issue
• Provide relevant documentation and evidence
• Participate in good faith in the resolution process
• Accept binding arbitration if mediation fails

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.
